How much does CertBox cost?
Filling in and checking certificates is free, with no limit on certificates or properties. Pro is £14.99/month, flat: download, email and share your certificates, no CertBox line on them, your logo on quotes and invoices, automatic customer renewal reminders, board-scan circuit schedules, and your whole team on one price.
Do letting agents accept CertBox certificates?
They accept a clear, complete PDF. Ours record everything the rules require: all nine particulars in regulation 36 of the Gas Safety Regulations 1998 for gas, BS 7671’s model forms for electrical. You send a secure link and they download the PDF.
Are the certificates compliant?
Certificate templates are structured to the relevant standards with built-in field validation. Legal compliance depends on the qualifications of the engineer completing the certificate and the accuracy of the information entered.
Can I use CertBox on-site without Wi-Fi?
Yes. Fill in the form even with no signal. Your draft is saved on your device and syncs automatically when you are back in range.
What if a customer does not pay?
CertBox chases them for you. An unpaid quote gets a follow-up 3 days after you send it, and again after 7. An overdue invoice gets one at 1, 7 and 14 days past the due date. It is free on every plan, and you can switch it off for any single quote or invoice.
