CD/12 Landlord Oil Installation Safety Check
The CD/12 is OFTEC's Landlord Oil Installation Safety Check Certificate, the oil equivalent of a CP12 gas safety record. It provides an annual safety check of all oil-fired appliances and the oil supply system at a rental property. While there is no direct legal equivalent of the gas CP12 for oil, the CD/12 demonstrates the landlord's duty of care and is increasingly required by insurance companies.
