The Irish Electrical Completion Certificate (No. 1) is issued by a Safe Electric registered electrical contractor upon completion of a new electrical installation or full rewire with a supply capacity below 50kVA. It certifies that the installation has been designed, constructed, inspected, and tested in accordance with ET 101 (National Rules for Electrical Installations) and is safe for use. This certificate is mandatory for all new domestic and small commercial electrical installations in Ireland.
