Non-Domestic Plant Commissioning & Servicing Record (CP15)
A CP15 is used to record the commissioning and servicing of non-domestic gas plant such as commercial boilers, warm air heaters, and radiant tube heaters. It must be completed by a Gas Safe registered engineer holding the relevant non-domestic ACS qualifications.
