Common questions

Do I need a card?+
Not to sign up, and not to fill certificates in. You need one to send a certificate: pay for that single certificate, or subscribe to Pro. The 14-day Pro trial takes a card as well, nothing is charged for 14 days, and if you cancel before it ends you pay nothing. One free trial per account.
Is the Free plan really free?+
Yes. Fill in and check as many certificates as you like, with no time limit. Quotes, invoices and card payments are free too, including sending them. Your data is yours and never expires. Handing the certificate over is the part you pay for: the PDF download, the email to your customer, a share link, printing. Buy a single certificate, or take Pro, which also adds your own branding, automatic customer reminders, board-scan circuit schedules and your whole team on one price.
What happens to my certificates if I cancel?+
Your certificates are never deleted, and you keep read-only access to everything you created. You also keep downloading, emailing and sharing every certificate you had when you cancelled - paying once means those stay yours to hand over. After that you can buy a single certificate when you need one, or subscribe again.
Can I cancel mid-month?+
Yes. Cancel any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of your billing period and are not charged again.
