Your certificates are never deleted
Cancel a paid plan and you revert to the free plan with access to everything you created. We never hold your history hostage, and we never delete an account for downgrading.
Download any certificate, on any plan
Every certificate you create can be downloaded as a PDF on the free plan. No per-certificate fees, no paywall between you and a document you already made.
Full export, any time
Pro includes one-click CSV and bulk PDF export. Leaving CertBox entirely? Email paddy@certbox.app and we will send you a complete export of your data whatever plan you are on.
Deletion is your right
Want everything gone instead? Request full deletion of your account and data at any time at certbox.app/delete-my-certbox-data.
No job caps, no cert metering
We never meter your work. There is no monthly job limit and no per-certificate charge on any CertBox plan, free included.
