Your data is always yours
Tradesmen tell us the thing they fear most about job-management software is losing years of certificates and client history the day they stop paying. So here is our promise, in writing, on a page you can link to.
Cancelling never deletes your certificates
Cancel a paid plan and you revert to the free plan with access to everything you created, and you carry on downloading, emailing and sharing every certificate you had on the day you cancelled. Paying once means those stay yours to hand over. We never hold your history hostage, and we never delete an account for downgrading.
Full export, any time
Leaving CertBox entirely? Account, then Security, then Download everything: one file holding every record you have entered - properties, clients, jobs, quotes, invoices and the full contents of every certificate, whatever plan you are on, with no waiting for anyone to answer an email. The certificate PDFs come too wherever your plan hands certificates over. Anything that cannot be included is named in the file rather than quietly left out. Prefer a person? Email paddy@certbox.app and we will send it.
Deletion is your right
Want everything gone instead? Request full deletion of your account and data at any time at certbox.app/delete-my-certbox-data.
No job caps, no cert metering
We never meter your work. Fill in and check as many certificates as you like, on any plan, with no monthly job limit.
