Prescribed Electrical Work Test Record (supports CoES)

The Prescribed Electrical Work Test Record is the electrician’s own record of prescribed electrical installation work: categories of work that must be notified to the relevant state electrical safety authority before or after completion. In addition to the standard installation and circuit details, it captures the prescribed work category, notification number (where applicable), and inspection details required by the regulator.
