Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rates the energy efficiency of a building from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It is required whenever a property is built, sold, or rented. An EPC is valid for 10 years and must be produced by an accredited assessor.
