- PAT visits - Test a customer’s appliances at every site one at a time on your phone, or type, paste or import them into a grid. Sign once for a PAT record for each site, a PAT report and the register as a spreadsheet. One payment covers the visit. About PAT records
- More on the PAT record - The fuse fitted, polarity, whether the appliance suits where it is used, and what was done with each one that failed.
- More than one board - Add every board on the job, each with its own circuits, and show which board feeds which.
- Photos and notes - Add captioned photos and a page of notes to the end of an EIC or EICR.
- Observations from any step - Note a defect on an EICR from whichever step you are on. They are listed by code.
- Ready-made wording - Tap common wording into the extent and limitations boxes on the EIC and EICR instead of typing it.
- LIM and N/A on supply readings - Record Ze or fault current as LIM or N/A when there is no figure to give.
- Guidance for your customer - The EIC, Minor Works certificate and EICR include a page of guidance for the person who receives them.
- Approval for issue - An optional sign-off on the EIC for whoever approves it for issue.
- Job number - Your own job number at the foot of every page of the EIC and EICR.
- Contact details left off - Leave your customer’s contact name, email and phone off the EIC or EICR. Their name still prints.
- Board replacement - Replacing a distribution board is its own type of work on the EIC.
- Step list - On longer forms, open a list of every step. Go back to any of them, or forward once the steps in between are filled in.
- Inspection schedule in sections - The EICR schedule is split into its sections, each with a count of what is answered and a button to tick the rest.
- Test results on the EIC - A CSV file from your tester now fills the right columns on the EIC as well as the EICR.
- EICR reminders on your datePro - The renewal reminder for an EICR goes by the next inspection date on the report.

- Certificate re-issue - Correct or amend an issued certificate with confidence. The new one says what it replaces, and your customer is told.
