A CP44 records the gas safety inspection of a mobile catering vehicle such as a food truck, burger van, or mobile coffee unit. It covers LPG supply, pipework, appliance safety, and ventilation specific to enclosed mobile environments. The engineer must hold commercial catering LPG qualifications and follow Liquid Gas UK Code of Practice 24 Part 3 for LPG in mobile catering; BS 6173 excludes LPG installations in mobile catering vehicles.
