Name the services you want to offer online — annual gas safety check, EICR, boiler service — with your descriptions.

Put your booking link on your website, Google profile, or in your voicemail message.

Confirm and go

Requests appear in CertBox. Confirm the slot and the job is in your schedule; the SMS button handles the "confirmed for Tuesday" text.

Do customers book directly into my diary?

They request a booking; you confirm it. You stay in control of the diary.

Where do I get the SMS capability?

SMS sending is configured in settings with your own SMS provider credentials; templates for common messages are built in.
