Oil Appliance Installation Record
An Oil Appliance Installation Record is the installer’s own record of fitting an oil-fired boiler, range cooker or AGA: the appliance, tank, supply line, flue and commissioning readings. It is not the OFTEC building compliance certificate. That certificate is sent to the householder after an OFTEC-registered installer self-certifies the work through OFTEC, the Competent Person Scheme for oil heating. Filling this form in notifies nobody.
